On Thursday of this week I had my third cake class where Lindsey and I learned flowers and clowns. The instructor would demonstrate how and then let us practice the technique. Lindsey and I just kept laughing at each others practice sheets and how bad ours looked compared to our teachers. I must say clowns are much easier to make as you just add a plastic head! The rose in the picture I only made the center of, the instructor added all the petals. Show off!
