Yes here is another short post on cake!
Alex and I decided to try one of the many banana cake recipes to find the best one in time for Jack's birthday. Recipe number one is from the food network from Paula Deen and has a cream cheese frosting. Since Alex loves to cook and bake he was a willing participant in this experience of the great banana cake search. We decided to make cup cakes as I needed a break from decorating cakes. The result tasted more like banana bread and was a little dry.
