Christmas in Seattle 2009

This year Santa was really good to us and gave us two Christmas's with our families. We count our blessing everyday that we are surrounded by some pretty amazing people! Christmas Eve and Christmas Day kicked off in Seattle at the Doan's house with Nana and Papa. Christmas Eve was so much fun as all the family was together with great food and fun presents. Jack got his first bike, and we got a video camera to capture all those wonderful family memories!
After everyone had left mom and I were cleaning up, I in the kitchen and her in the living room. We were almost done when she took a fall. We spent the rest of Christmas Eve and Day in two different ER's trying to get her into surgery and manager her pain. While she was trying to relax we all got together to have Christmas dinner without her. It was a very sad Christmas meal without her and we will just have to wait till next year to make it feel right!
