Here is my second attempt to make a banana cake for the big birthday party. This recipe comes from my moms recipe book that consistently delivers good eats. It has very few ingredients which I love and took me less then 10 minutes to whip up. Overall it was much better then the first one we tried. This one tasted more like a cake and still had the delicious banana taste. I am going to try one more recipe before deciding what I will end up making. This recipe is the front runner by a long shot. I had Robert shape it and make it two levels for me to frost so Jack could smash it in his pictures.
