Crew's Shower Cake
I know I consider Therese a great friend, because the weekend after making Jack's cowboy cake I made her a shower cake. Needless to say I am done with cakes for a few months now! Here are some pictures of baby Crew's shower cake.

Therese's Baby Shower
Stacey and I planned a baby shower for Therese and Crew. I am not sure if Stacey did all the work or if it is just a lot easier planning a party with someone else? It was a great day for a shower and Stacey's home, as always looked perfect. We went with a bed time theme for the shower and asked all the guests to bring a children's book to start Crew's library. The shower turned out great and everyone had a good time. It is time's like these that make me thankful for BDA as the friends I have met there will be life long. Here are some fun pictures of the party and the decor.
Now we just need Crew to arrive!

Emma Turn's Two
Jack got invited to Emma's 2nd birthday party at Jump Planet. Lindsey and I are pretty certain they are going to get married someday. We both should start planning now so Lindsey and I can pull off the wedding of the century. Jack starting crying as soon as we walked in as he thought playing meant we were going outside. Once we got his shoes off and went down the first slide he had a great time. Jump Planet kicked my butt as I was sweating the whole time, I have not worked out that hard in a long time. Happy Second birthday Emma!

Jack's Second Birthday
The morning started off a little cold an rainy but we had to let it go and hope for the best. Right around the time of the party the weather took a turn and the sun came out for Jack's special day. Thanks to the help of all my family and friends the party was perfect and everyone had a great time. It is hard to believe that Jack is already two years old. I can't even remember our lives without him and how much joy he brings to our lives every day. We love you sweet boy, Happy Birthday!

Jack's 2nd Birthday Preparation's
Some how September came and went without me finding the time to blog about it. So to catch up with our busy month here is what you missed.
Preparing for Jack Allan's second birthday, I of course had to out do the monkey cake I made the year before. All I can say is it takes a village to make a cake of this size. Rick, Robert, Alex and I were up to midnight trying to get his birthday cake done. Here are some late night pictures of his cowboy birthday cake.
I also had to get the sheriff badge cookies made, Alex stuffed the pinata, Robert put the Queen car together, and Rick cut out the PB&J sandwiches in the shape of cowboy boots.
Like I said it takes a village to pull off the parties I plan, I always over do it but I still enjoy every minute of it!
